The Complete Studio to Gallery Experience

Its more than paint on a canvas - your child will learn how to be an artist, including instruction, planning a gallery exhibit, and offering work for sale in the gallery and online.

  • Ages 7-16

  • 90 Minute Studio Sessions

  • Monday - Thursday

  • 1:30pm - 3:00pm

  • 3:00pm - 4:30 pm

  • 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Background

The objective is to teach the young artist how to embrace the full experience - from creation to gallery exhibit to an online art store.

How It Works

Students work in a serendipity-art studio at selected times, with instruction as needed. Students work at their own pace and in their preferred medium. Art that is predominantly created during these studio sessions can be offered for sale in our quarterly gallery event and our online art store.

Participating students will work together to plan the gallery exhibit and art sale. They will use social media and online marketing to promote the event and will also send out invitations, frame and hang their work, cater the event and host it.

A key part of our mission is to encourage the spirit of giving. Students are encouraged to donate a portion of the sale of their artwork to a charity of their choice.

Who Is This For?

To determine suitability and value, each student must attend a 90-minute personal get-to-know-you (parent, child, Adele) that covers personal introductions and background, studio familiarization, student skills assessment, personal art goals, etc. There is no cost for this session.

What It Costs - Studio Time

Studio time: $15.00 per session, payable monthly in advance.

Sessions are 90 minutes and are available on Monday through Thursday, at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm, or 4:30 pm.
